Corrections
To Previous Reports & Pulls

At the Swampfest pull (Gatesville) on 07 October 2000, a dog was left off of the finish report in the 80# class.  This was Babe handled by Ron Poitras.  He came in last (9th).  The database has been updated and the online listing updated.

Cody (owned by Larry Brillhart) was incorrectly entered as Lady at the 2nd day of the Rideau Lakes Pull (#10).  It was an opened up “C” that I mistook for an “L”.  My prescan before entering a new dog should have caught it; but I goofed.  It is now corrected.

Requested Changes

Amy Morris of Region 6 now owns Fred, previously owned by Joal Brisbois of region 6.  This is according to a note on the finish report of the Kalkaska pull on 11 November 2000.  Fred has not appeared in any pulls this season, so no points are lost.

Donna Libbey of Region 6 now owns Lucca, previously owned by Laura Brown of region 6.  This is according to an E-mail from Donna on 03 December 8, 2000.  Lucca has not appeared in any pulls this season, so no points are lost.

Assumptions

Goldie – Region 5, handled by David Heffelfinger at Frackville in November.  Assumed Melissa Kehler’s dog (her name was crossed out and his written in).  However, David is assumed to be provisional, so the pull does not count for points.  Double-checking.

Ringo – Region 6, handled by Sean Harrison at Frackville on 11 November, is assumed to be Charlie Johnson’s dog.  Double-checking.  (Verified)

MEMBERSHIP ISSUES

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve.  If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either

Memberships Not Assumed

The following were marked as members on the organizer's report.  Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.

·        Robert Edwards – Listed as a member at Frackville on 11 November 2000, but not in membership database, nor shown as joining at the pull.  Assumed Provisional.

·        David Heffelfinger – Listed as a member at Frackville on 11-12 November 2000, but not in membership database, nor shown as joining at the pull.  Assumed Provisional. (Replaces Ron McAlvage in the Kehler membership.  Awaiting Membership’s decision on eligibility)

·        Gregory Pineo –joined at the Hartford pull Nov. 4th .  We had a couple of mix-ups here.  On the finish report, he was Gergory.  But that wasn’t the problem on why I didn’t find him in membership.  Membership had his last name as Dineo.  It has all been straightened out.
