MEMBERSHIP ISSUES

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve.  If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either

New Issues

Memberships Not Assumed

The following were marked as members on the organizer's report.  Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.

·        Frank Perez – Listed as a member at the Hartford pulls 10-11 Nov.  He was not shown as joining at the pull and membership did not show him as of 01 Dec.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·        Jamie & Allen Morris – Listed as a member at the Ridgefield, WA pulls 17-18 Nov; but not shown as joining at the pulls, nor does membership have them as of 01 Dec.  Assuming provisional at this time.

The following showed on the financial report for the Chicagoland pull.  It’s membership applications have been misplaced.

·        Ben Scott – Apparently rejoined family at the Chicago pull 15 Sep

·        Tony Angeles – Apparently joined individual at the Chicago pull 15 Sep.  Tony pulled provisional last season.

·        Mike Keeler – Apparently rejoined family at the Chicago pull 16 Sep.

·        Lori Houtra -- Apparently joined individual at the Chicago pull 16 Sep.  However, Lori didn’t handle at the pull.

Unassumed that were Confirmed as Members

·        Elizabeth Dill – Listed as a member at the Gladwin pull Oct 14^th, but no sign of joining and both Aaron & Phillip Dill have individual memberships.  However, Phillip upgraded his membership to family on 03 Nov., adding Elizabeth.  For the pull on Oct 14, Elizabeth is provisional.  For all following pulls, she is a member.

·        Renee Schreiber -- Listed as a member at the Swampfest, NC pull 10/06; but no sign of her joining at the pull and membership does not have her as of 10/17.  However, she joined 10/20.  Leaving as provisional at the Swampfest pull, but will be treated as a member at pulls after 10/19.

Assumed Members Confirmed

·        Dean Mircos – Apparently rejoined family at the Greeley pull on 07 Oct.

·        Brian Corbett – Apparently joined individual at the Lake Placid pull 20 October.  Brian pulled provisional last season.

·        Kathleen Kanzler – Apparently joined family at the Lake Placid pull 20 October.  However, she didn’t handle a dog at the pull.

·        Wendell Faxio – Apparently joined family at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.

·        Joe Cullen -- Apparently joined family at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.

·        Jose Wood -- Apparently joined family at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.

·        Jaried Frogosa -- Apparently joined individual at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.  Jaried pulled provisional last season.

·        Robert Edwards -- Apparently joined individual at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.  Robert pulled provisional last season.

·        Woody Butler – Apparently rejoined individual at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.  Wood had a family membership last season.

·        Shawna Kronschnable – Apparently rejoined family at the Virginia Beach Pull 20 October.  Assuming it is with Rene Schreiber.

·        Ritch Rodgers – Apparently rejoined family at the S. Vienna Ohio pull 20 October.

·        Jenny Crabtree – is apparently a new individual member, joining at the S. Vienna Ohio pull 20 October.

·        Jared Sinkowski – is apparently a new family member, joining at the S. Vienna Ohio pull 20 October.  Jared pulled provisional last season.

·        Jason Helaney – is apparently a new individual member, joining at the S. Vienna Ohio pull 21 October.

·        Ron Dauer – is apparently a new individual member, joining at the S. Vienna Ohio pull 21 October.

·        David & Stephanie Coleman – show joining family 01 September at Corapeake.  Membership has them joining the 2^nd and has the name as Dale.  I am assuming the 1^st and David.  Confirmed!

·        Tim Long – was shown as rejoining family at the Greeley pull on 07 Oct.  This has been determined to be individual instead of family.

·        Sunday Pederson (Petosky) – Rejoined individual at the Chicago pull 15 Sep.  She was under the Petosky membership last season.  However, Sunday didn’t handle at the pull; but did judge both days.  I changed the Petosky membership to Pederson and removed Eric Petosky and changed Sunday to Pederson.

Membership Not Confirmed

·       Maider Sarmiento – Listed as a member at the Ridgefield, WA pull 09/29; but no sign of her joining at the pull and membership does not have her as of 12/01.  Leaving as provisional.

·        Guillermo Ornelas -- Listed as a member at the Greeley, CO pull 10/06; but no sign of joining at the pull and membership does not have him as of 12/01.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·        Shane & Debbie Glasspoole – were shown as a members at the Luxton pull on 15-16 September.  As of 01 December, membership does not list them, and they are not shown as joining at the pull.  I’m leaving them provisional.
