Shelby owned by Chris Stock in region 9. At pull 22, Kelly Williams handled Shelby and a new Shelby was entered under her name. This has been corrected.
E R R O R S
Pull 23, Gloucester VA
80# class had a lineup error. According to their times, the 3rd & 4th dogs were reversed on the finish report.
125# class had a lineup error. According to their times, the 6th & 7th dogs were reversed on the finish report.
Pull 25, Kalkaska MI
Unlimited. The finish report listed “Joal” instead of “Rover” for Joal Brisbois’s dog. This was caught by the organizer after I posted the pull.
Pull 29, Junction City, OH
60# class. Organizer indicated he had incorrectly ordered the 4th through 6th dogs; but the 3rd was also out of order according to the numbers. Confirmed.
Pull 33, The Dalles, OR
125# class, the dog name was missing on the dog Nathan Sellers handled. Kayla.
Pull 34, The Dalles, OR
80# class had Mask pulling 20600#. Assumed 2600. Checking.
Pull 39 & 40, Bear, DE
60# class, Larry Brillhart & Snow were listed twice. Checking to see if it was Star.
Also Larry handled 3 dogs in the 60# class both days. I have to disqualify the lowest place dog each day.
60# class on Sat has the line-up all mixed up from 7th to 14th place. Check the listings to see if to see how you faired compared to what you thought when you left the pull.
100# class on Sat has Shasta and Crystal reversed.
Name Assumptions
For the following entries, the name spelling (bold) used is that in the database. Listed is the pull number and how the name was spelled on the pull sheet (underlined).
Molson – pull 20, Newville,. Moe. In the 125# class was handled by Melissa Kehler. The next day, she handled Molson of the same breed and weight.
Victor Ephrim – pull 22, Lakewood, CO. Vincent Ephrim was listed as handling Maximus in the 100# class, and Chance in the 125# class. We only have a Victor Ephrim individual membership, and Victor Ephrim (not Vincent) was listed on the financial sheet.
Onyx – pull 28, Tacoma, WA. A 20# pug handled by Diane Jessup in pull 27. In pull 28, a 20# pug named Onnie was handled by Jennifer Martin. I am assuming the same dog. Onyx is currently assigned to Diane. I will be checking to see if this assumption is correct.
Action Jaxson – pull37, Milliken, CO. Jackson was on the pull sheet as a Patrdale XJRT handled by Kevin Hybeck. Action Jaxson is listed under Kevin as a Terrier. Assuming the same dog.
Assumptions
Kady – Region 2, Pull 12 – Apple Days @ Cashmere, WA 05 Oct. 80# class listed Jaci Rodgers as handling Jaci Rodgers. I assumed it was Kady she handled, as she handled Kady in the 80# class the 2nd day and the dog’s weight and breed were listed the same.
Jake – Handled by Wendy Leister both days in October at Newville. On the first day was listed as Steve Jackson’s dog with the notation looking as an afterthought. But, it was my understanding that Wendy acquired Jake this season and Jake was reassigned to Wendy. Therefore, I am assuming this is Wendy’s dog instead of adding a new dog under Steve.
Jimmy Hullander = James Hullander – a James Hullander pulled 3 dogs provisional last season. This season, a Jimmy Hullander joined family and handled 2 of those dogs and 2 new dogs. I renamed James to Jimmy, added him to the membership, and eliminated the new Jimmy.
Ron Kondrup and Davis – Tacoma, 19 Oct. Ron Rodgers was listed as handling a Newfoundland. I assume that was Ron Kondrup, and the dog’s name looked like Davis. It turned out to be Lewis.
Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve. If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either
The following were marked as members on the organizer's report. Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.
· Steve Duren – Listed as a member at Cashmere on 5-6 October, but is not in the membership database as of 21 Oct. and does not show as joining at the pull. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Dave LaFountaine – Listed as a member at Cashmere on 5-6 October, but is not in the membership database as of 21 Oct. and does not show as joining at the pull. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Ellen Parken – Questionably listed as a returning member at the Gloucester pull 21 Sept. Does not show as joining at the pull, and is not on the membership list as of 31 Oct. Assuming Provisional at this time.
· Eric Thames – Questionably listed as a member at the Gloucester pull 21 & 22 Sept. Does not show as joining at the pull, and is not on the membership list as of 31 Oct. Assuming Provisional at this time.
The following individuals apparently joined at a pull (shows in the organizers financial report). Their membership was assumed with the date of the pull, but is still being watched until the membership chair has received the paperwork.
· Bernie Castonquay – Shown as joining at the Rideau Lakes pull on 21 Sep. Membership now has him as joining that date.

· Dwayne Phipps – Shown as a member at Leesport, PA on 15 Sep., but does show as joining 12 Oct. Leaving him as provisional for the Leesport pull; but will be counted on pulls from 12 Oct..
