Errors and Corrections on My End

Lily – owned by Todd Allen was entered in a few pulls as a new dog named Lilly.  The names have been merged into Lily.

E R R O R S

Pull 99, Evans CO

Dozer was in the 80# line-up with a weight of 60#.  De-queued for being in the wrong class.  This will probably be reversed as he was listed with a weight of 80 on pull 98.

Assumptions

Bailey – Region 6, Luna Pier (Friday & Saturday) listed as Luke Mizelle’s dog (he was the only one listed).  Assuming Toni Yoakam’s dog as she was listed as the owner on Sunday with Luke being the handler.

Tyson – Region 6, Luna Pier (Sunday) listed as Brandon Lutz’s dog with Toni Yoakam being the handler.  Assuming Toni’s dog with Brandon being the handler (that is how it was listed on Friday and Saturday).

Magnus – Region 5, Providence (Sunday) listed as Steve Palinkas as handler and implied owner.  Assuming Steve Pirman’s dog as that was the handler/owner on Saturday.

MEMBERSHIP ISSUES

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve.  If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either

The following were marked as members on the organizer's report.  Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.

·         Jarred James – Listed as a member at the Yakima Sportsman show 28-29 Feb.  So sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have a application as of 29 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.

Memberships Assumed

The following individuals apparently joined at a pull (shows in the organizers financial report).  Their membership was assumed with the date of the pull, but is still being watched until the membership chair has received the paperwork.

·         Anthony Trancredi – Listed as a member at the Woodstown pull 28-29 Feb.  So sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have a application as of 29 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·         Kenneth Orange -- Listed as a member at the Woodstown pull 28-29 Feb.  So sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have a application as of 29 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·         Sally Cole – Listed as a member at the Kalkaska pulls 17-18 Jan.  No sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have her as of 17 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·         Jake Pate -- Listed as a member at the Tacoma pulls 31 Jan & 1 Feb.  No sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have him as of 17 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.

·         Chez Salazar -- Listed as a member at the Greeley pull 31 Jan.  No sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have him as of 17 Feb.  Assuming provisional at this time.
