Requested Changes

Wayne Mullins has moved from region 6 to region 7 (according to Todd Pederson) March 10th.  I have made the change in the database, and am asking for confirmation.  All of Max’s points will be re-evaluated with the new home region.

E R R O R S

Pull 87, Greeley CO

35# Class.  Penni and Missy were reversed for 1st & 2nd on the finish report.  Penni 11.35 seconds and Missy 11.14 seconds.  Both at 1885 pounds.  Correction: Penni was apparently listed incorrectly on the finish report.  Should be 2065# @ 14.08s. Posted correction.

Pull 90, Luxton BC

Times were not listed for the 10# class and there were duplicate weights.  I filled in times to account for the lineup; and have requested a correction from the organizer.

Pull 93, Casper, WY

120#, Kobuk was listed at 104.3; assume should be 64.3

Unlimited class dogs did not have their weight listed (region listed instead).  Took their weight from the 2nd day.

Assumptions

Lexus/Alexis – Jose’ Cintron (provisional) handled a dog listed as Alexis at the Dismal Swamp Pull 26-27 Feb 00.  He has previously handled a dog that was listed as Lexus.  I asked Debbie Lee if she knew the correct name; and she indicated it should be Alexis.  I have changed it in the database to Alexis.  I presume Lexus was just a nickname.
Note: Jose’ joined at the March 18th pull in Corapeake.  His prior three pull were provisional and won’t count.

Bandit – Handled by Ryan Wood at the Sundome Pull.  Assuming he is Jack Scofield’s dog instead of a new dog owned by Ryan.  Confirmed by Donna Daymude.

John Mircos at pull 88 should be Dean Micros.  We don’t have a John listed for the family, and Dean Mircos  is listed in the financial report.  Also, we have Micros in the database; but at pulls Dean is listed as Mircos.  I am wondering if we have the name wrong.

Stinky – Pull 95 (Tannersville), 60#.  Assume this is Jackie Wakefield’s dog as he was handled by Bo Jones and Jackie was listed on the report as Wakefield-Jones.

Bob Dog – Pull 95 (Tannersville), 60#.  Assume this is Jackie Wakefield’s dog as he was handled by Bo Jones and Jackie was listed on the report as Wakefield-Jones.

MEMBERSHIP ISSUES

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve.  If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either

Memberships Not Assumed

The following were marked as members on the organizer's report.  Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.

·        Melaine Morehouse was listed as a member on the Pack Forest Pull Feb. 19-20.  I have no indication of membership, nor does it appear she rejoined at the pull.

 

Memberships Assumed

The following individuals apparently joined at a pull (shows in the organizers financial report).  Their membership was assumed with the date of the pull, but is still being watched until the membership chair has received the paperwork.

·        Mark Landers apparently rejoined as an individual (was family last season) March 11th at the Greeley pull.

·        Don Taylor apparently joined with a family membership at the Corapeake pull March 18th.  He appears to be a new puller.  I do have a Marie Taylor whom pulled provisional in the past, but not this year, nor does his dog have the same name or breed.

·        Jose’ Cintron apparently joined with a family membership at the Corapeake pull March 18th.  Jose’ is a new member, but has pulled provisional at three pulls this season.  Those pulls will still be provisional.

·        Ricky Stevens apparently joined with a family membership at the Corapeake pull March 19th.  Ricky is a new member, but has pulled provisional at one other pull this season.  That pull will still be provisional.

·        Hayes Rimmer joined at the Pymatuning pull on Jan 16th.

·        Julie Thibado joined Jan 4th.

·        Kathy Wolff joined at the Deer Park pull Jan 22nd.

·        Eain Tierney joined with family membership at the Ticonderoga pull Jan 23rd.

·        Jim Fockler & Family apparently rejoined at the KalKaska Winterfest Jan 22nd.

·        Marshall & Cassalyn Mummey rejoined at the KalKaska Winterfest Jan 22nd.

·        Laura Brown joined at the Perchville pull on Feb 5th.

·        Mike Recchio rejoined individual at Lake George, Feb 5th.

·        Phyllis Segan rejoined individual at Lake George, Feb 5th.

·        Dolly Riddle upgraded the Bob Riddle membership to family at the Casper pull Feb 5th.
