order to obtain all the forms needed for reporting pull results. There is
an RTF file in each packet named Instructions on
Completing Pull Forms.

Word / Excel Forms
You can print the forms and fill out by hand, then
mail to the Sanction Chair
OR
Fill them out on your computer, then save and/or Print.
If you saved a copy, you can E-Mail them to the Sanctioning Chair & to
the Statistician. If you printed, you can mail them to the Sanctioning
Chair.
Hint: if
you E-mail, package them in a zip file.
